How long does shipping take?
Shipping for standard products takes 2–7 business days to the US, 5–12 business days to Europe, 7–15 business days to Australia, and 10–20 business days to other regions. Print-on-Demand (POD) products require 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping times as listed. Times may vary due to customs or holidays. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused standard items (14 days for EU customers per local laws). POD products are non-returnable unless defective. See Returns & Refunds for more information.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
How long does it take to produce and ship a POD product?
POD products take 3–5 business days to produce, plus shipping (2–5 business days to the US, 5–10 business days to Europe, 7–15 business days to Australia, 10–20 business days to other regions). See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Can I return a POD product?
Due to their personalized nature, POD products are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Email support@hannmeii.shop for assistance.
