As a Taiwan-based cross-border e-commerce business, we’ve designed this policy to balance your rights with the realities of international shipping.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise required by local laws (e.g., 14 days in the EU—see below).

  • EU Customers: Per EU consumer laws, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your intent to return, with an additional 14 days to send the item back.

  • Exceptions: If more than 30 days have passed (or 14 days for EU customers where applicable), we cannot offer a full refund or exchange unless required by law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards or vouchers.

    • Downloadable digital products.

    • Custom-made or personalized items, including Print-on-Demand (POD) products like custom mugs, T-shirts, or phone cases, unless defective—see Section 3..

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item, including a POD product, arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, at your choice. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

4. Refund Process

  • Initiating a Return: Email us at support@hannmeii.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, check your account, then contact your payment provider, and finally reach out to us if needed.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only, including POD products. If you’d like the same item replaced, email us at [support@hannmeii.shop] and follow the return instructions below.

  • For non-defective exchanges (e.g., wrong size), contact us to confirm availability; you’ll cover return shipping costs.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times back to Taiwan vary by region (e.g., 7-21 days from Europe, the Americas, or Australia). Customs fees, if any, are your responsibility.

7. Sale Items

  • Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are eligible for refund only if defective. Non-defective sale items may be exchanged, subject to availability.

8. Gifts

  • If your item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value upon approval.

  • If the gift giver receives the refund, they’ll be notified of the return.
